First of all, thank you for all your patience and understanding during this past week. I am happy to announce that the issue with the U-Link U.S. streaming service has finally come to a close. I will start updating the U-Link routers remotely today.
I will be finishing the new config file for the update this morning and will start implementing it this afternoon. Once the update on your link is complete, I will be contacting everyone via phone or email to notify you.
In the meantime, I ask for a little more patience.

Hello Valued Customers,
A major change was implement on the servers of the Smart DNS provider that is hosting our service. That changed caused a conflict between their servers and our IPv6 service. We are in the process of troubleshooting a solution to this issue. As of now, roughly, 40 customers were affected by this change. I am hoping to have this issue fixed before the weekend. In the meantime, connecting to the basic/JPIP port of the U-Link should allow you to use the internet unimpeded.
For those not using our U-Link service, it is recommended to remove the Smart DNS IP addresses from your devices until further notice.
As soon as it’s resolved I will update this post. In the meantime, I as for everyone's patience and understanding.
