I hope the last typhoon didn't hit you too hard. However, for those of you who got hit hard enough to lose internet please follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Power-cycle your NTT modem and Wireless router.
STEP 2: Check the condition of your NTT modem lights.
(4 Lights ON) - Everything should be working as it should.
(3 Lights ON) - Your Wireless router may have been damaged, due to an electrical surge.
(2 Lights ON) - The NTT fiber line was, highly likely, damaged/broken due to the weather.
(1 Lights ON) - Your Wireless router and the fiber may have issues.
STEP 3: Use the Tech Support form to provide us with your Name, Address, and the light condition of your NTT modem.
