Credit Card System [Security Upgrade]

Dear Sunny-Net Valued Customers,


First of All, thank you for choosing Sunny-Net as your Internet Service Provider.


For our customers using credit cards as the current payment method, we would like to, kindly, ask for your cooperation. If you've already provided us with your Card Verification Code, you can ignore this.


There has been changes made in the Japanese regulation for credit card information management. So, as part of our effort to increase the security of our current credit card system and conforming to the new Japanese law, it is now essential to update your credit card information with the link provided in your email. As of this year, Sunny-Net will start charging and managing our credit cards through the Paygent system. This system will provide you with increased security, and a management page you can use to easily update and manage your credit card information.


There have already been ( 2 ) emails sent, in regards to this. I added both emails below, just in case you've missed them.

Today, we would like to inform you that there has been a change in the Japanese regulation for credit card information management. The Japanese government has amended The Instalment Sales Act (ISA), June 2018. Due to this, it will be essential to update or change the credit card information management.


For our customers using credit card as the current payment method, we would like to ask for the Card Verification Code (Security Code) of the credit card in file. Please kindly contact us at the number below or please visit our office (Okinawa / Iwakuni / Yokosuka).
